The instant application seeks an order of the court to set aside the order for Reserve price and also to relist notice of claim which was struck out by the court. After considering the depositions in the affidavit, the court has formed the view that this is a case in which the court should exercise its discretion to set aside the order for reserve price and also to restore the notice of claim in order that the applicants may be afforded the opportunity to be heard in the matter. Accordingly, the application is granted as prayed.
