After carefully considering the various affidavits and evidence that were placed before me, on February 15, 2017, I proceeded to grant the prayer of the Plaintiffs/Applicants (hereinafter, the “Applicants”) brought under Order 25 rule 2 of the High Court (Civil Procedure) Rules, 2004 (hereinafter, “C.I. 47”) for an Order of this Court preserving in the interim the house numbered B674/22 located at Abeka Road (Kaduna Lodge) Abeka, Accra, in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana (hereinafter, the “Property”) but reserved my reasons to be delivered later, which I now proceed to do in this Ruling.
