VOLTIC GHANA LTD. vs. EMMANUEL ADAPOE

The Plaintiff is a limited liability company duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Ghana and is engaged in the distribution of bottled water branded as Voltic Natural Mineral Water, Cool Pac and soft drinks. The Defendant, a former employee of the Plaintiff was during his employment responsible for distributing Plaintiff’s products to Plaintiff’s customers and to account to the Plaintiff for the proceeds accruing from the sale of the said products.
