Brief facts: On the 14 October, 2016, Adizah Musah & Francis Dzormeku hereinafter referred to as the Complainants filed a complaint at the National Labour Commission against Royal Paradise Properties hereinafter referred to as the Respondent for unfair termination. The Commission in letters dated 19th October, 2016 and 21st November, 2016 forwarded the complaint and a final reminder notice respectively to the Respondent for its response in accordance with L.I. 1822. The Respondent however failed to respond to the letter served on the Chief Executive Officer on 24th October, 2016 and received and signed by One Georgina. A reminder letter was served and was received and signed by one Gina on 22nd November, 2016.
