ADJEI, J.A. For the purposes of this interlocutory appeal the Plaintiff/Respondent will be referred to as Plaintiff and the Defendant/Appellant as Defendant. The Plaintiff instituted the action which has culminated in this appeal at the High Court, Accra claiming for the following reliefs: “i. A declaration that the judgment of this Court dated the 27th day of March 2015 was procured by fraud, misrepresentation, breach of the rules of natural justice and want of jurisdiction. ii.
