DZAMEFE, JA The appellant Atta Bonsu was charged with the following offences: - COUNT 1 STATEMENT OF OFFENCE CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT ROBBERY CONTRARY TO SECTION 23 (1) andSECTION149 of Act 29/60 as amended by Act 646 of 2003. PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE ATTA BONSU, a trader MOSES AWUAH a carpenter on the 4th day of January 2010 at Santase round about, Kumasi in the Ashanti Region and within the jurisdiction of this court did agree with one Moses Awuah to commit robbery. COUNT 2 STATEMENT OF OFFENCE ROBBERY CONTRARY TO SECTION 149 OF ACT 29/60 AS AMENDED BY ACT 646 OF 2003.
