This is an appeal against the judgment of the High Court, Sekondi dated the 20th day of April, 2014 in favour of the Defendants/Respondents (hereinafter referred to as the Defendants) against the Plaintiff/Appellant (hereinafter referred to as the Plaintiff). The land the subject matter of this action is situate and lying at Essipon in the Sekondi-Takoradi municipality. Facts: The facts which engendered this appeal are as follows:- The Plaintiff was born in Ghana to a Greek father and a Ghanaian mother. The father of the Plaintiff was Andrews Karyavoulas who passed into eternity. In or about 1956, the said Andrews Karyavoulas (deceased) and the Plaintiff acquired a large tract of land the subject-matter of this appeal from the Royal Abrashiem Ebiradze Stool family of Essipon for valuable consideration in the sum of Thirty Pounds (£30.00).
