DECISION INTRODUCTION The Commission received this complaint from Mr. John Kwesi Bosomtwe, the Complainant herein. The Complainant petitioned against the Ghana Universities Press (GUP) the Respondent in this matter for its failure to pay his End of Service Benefits (ESB) after working with the Respondent for thirty three (33) years. He appealed to the Commission to assist him claim his ESB since the Respondent had turned deaf ears to several passionate appeals made to him to pay his ESB. COMPLAINANT'S POSITION According to the Complainant, he was employed by the Ghana Universities Press in. January 1978, and he rose through the ranks and retired in 2012 as the Acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the institution. The Complainant alleged that a year prior to his retirement he wrote a letter, notifying the Respondent of the various entitlements due him from the period 2005 to 2012 amounting to ninety nine thousand, one hundred and thirty three Ghana cedis and eighty seven pese...
