1.0 Background 1.1 A little bit background history of the suit, I believe is necessary to appreciate what had been placed before this court, and the expectation thereof. Plaintiffs are a married couple ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom. They are joint owners of a single storey building described as No. 213, Spintex Road, Accra. By a power of attorney dated 21 August 2007, the plaintiffs appointed the defendant, a legal practitioner resident in Accra to manage the property and to recover outstanding rents due and owing under the immediate previous managers, Koa Consult. 1.2 In particular, under the terms of agreement, defendant was to manage the property with all diligence, efficiency and economy to the best interest of plaintiffs.
