1 Background Love conquers all things, but when it dissipates, there is no limit the damage it can unleash. The suit reminisces love gone sour between parties who married in 1969 and got divorced in 1996. The suit that was filed in 2008 calls for the determination of property rights with respect to what appears to be the only landed property of the parties. The suit, together with thirty-two (32) other land suits was transferred to this court from the Lands Court Accra by the order and hand of the Chief Justice dated 17 November 2015 pursuant to s.104, Courts Act, 1993 (Act 492). At the stage of the transfer, the case was being heard by Justice Eric Obimpeh J. Plaintiff was yet to conclude her case, which she continued before this court on 4 February 2016.
