1.0 Background 1.1 The parties in this case are resident in Accra: plaintiff is self-employed at Sakaman; 1st defendant is a businessman resident at Ashalley Botwe, who engaged 2nd defendant, his kinsman to manage a fuel dispensing business the parties engaged in.
