1 Background Pursuant to s.104, Courts Act, 1993 (Act 492), Her Ladyship, the Chief Justice by her hand and order dated 17 November 2015 transferred this suit together with thirty-two (32) other land suits from the Lands Court Accra to this court for trial. Plaintiff had then closed his case. Defendants were yet to close their case. I started hearing the case on 16 March 2016 upon adoption of earlier proceedings. 2.0 Statement of parties’ case 2.1 Plaintiff’s case: The facts are that on 3 February 2010, by a writ of summons, plaintiff commenced this action against defendants at the High Court (Lands Division), Accra for the following reliefs: a Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land described in the schedule below. b Recovery of possession of the land occupied by the 2nd Defendant. c An order directed at the 4th Defendant to expunge from its records all transactions in the name of the 2nd Defendant and or any grant made to any person by the 1st Defenda...
