By his Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim issued out from the Registry of the High court, Accra, on the 17th October, 2017 the Plaintiffs Claim against the Defendant is for: (a) An order for the recovery of the sum of GH ¢21,000.00 being the outstanding amount that the Plaintiff has paid to the Defendant and which is due and owed him. (b) Interest on the send GH¢21,000.00 from September 2016 till date of final payment. (c) Legal and other cost. The Writ and Statement of Claim per the records were served on the Defendant on 2nd December, 2017 by Substituted Service by posting the above two processes on. 1. The High Court Notice Board, Accra 2. On the main gate of the Defendants place of abode at Asharley Bowe in Accra where they Remained for 14 days Defendant entered appearance on the 11th December 2017 and subsequently filed a Statement of defence on the 9th January, 2018.
