JUDGMENT On 3rd November, 2015, Plaintiff caused the Writ of Summons to issue against defendants jointly and severally. On the 24th November, 2017, the Plaintiff filed an Amended Writ of Summons pursuant to leave of the Court upon an application by the Plaintiff. The reliefs as endorsed on the Amended Writ were declarations of Plaintiff’s ownership based on possession of three (3) plots of land being at East Adentan (Ajangote), Accra containing an approximate area of 0.324 acre and 0.16 acre respectively. It may be sharply observed that even though Plaintiff claimed ownership to three plots of land only two were described. However, it was upon reading the Amended Statement of Claim that I got the impression that the land first described as having an approximate size of 0.324 acre consists of two plots while the third plot is the land described as having the size of 0.16 acre.
