By an amended writ of summons issued on 3rd June 2015, the plaintiff claimed the following reliefs against the defendants: i. An order directed at the defendants and their privies and assigns to vacate the said property numbered 4, 25th Street and situate at South Odorkor in the Greater Accra Region in the Republic of Ghana. ii.
