JUDGMENT Plaintiff’s case The plaintiff brought this action against the defendants claiming the following reliefs: i. Immediate ejectment of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd defendants from the house. ii. Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land described in paragraph 5 [of the statement of claim]. iii. Damages for trespass. iv. Recovery of possession. v. Perpetual injunction restraining the defendants by themselves, their agents, servants, assigns, privies, workmen or by whomsoever claiming through the defendants from entering onto the plaintiffs land/house and from interfering in any way whatsoever with the plaintiff’s land/house. The plaintiff describes himself as a businessman who is ordinarily resident in London and he instituted the action through his lawful attorney Kwame Kukelolo.
