JUDGMENT Plaintiffs’ Case By a writ of summons issued on 14th April 2015, the plaintiffs claimed the following reliefs against the defendants: i. Declaration of title to the land described in the schedule. ii. Damages for trespass. iii. Recovery of possession. iv. An order to remove the ‘karcas’ and temporary structures on the land and the debris thereto or in the alternative an order for the plaintiffs to remove same and surcharge the defendants with the costs thereof. v. Perpetual injunction to restrain the defendants and their privies from further interfering with the land in dispute. vi. Costs for bringing this action on full recovery basis including solicitor’s costs.
