JUDGMENT Plaintiff’s case The plaintiff describes himself as a retired banker. It is the plaintiff’s case that he acquired the land in dispute in March 1998 from the Annona Family of Odupong Ofaakor in the Central Region acting through its head Nii Odupong Awushie Tetteh II. He asserts that after acquiring the land, he went into immediate possession by fixing corner pillars with his initials clearly engraved on the pillars. He remained in undisturbed and uninterrupted possession until his possession was disturbed sometime in 2008 by the defendants with the 1st defendant constructing a fence-wall around a large portion of his land and also putting up a bill board on the land and the 2nd defendant in the process of constructing a one-storey building on another part of the land.
