JUDGMENT Plaintiff’s Case By a writ of summons issued on 23rd January 2017, the plaintiff claimed the following reliefs against the defendants: i. Declaration of title ii. Damages for trespass iii. Recovery of possession iv. Accounts of rent collected from the land.
