KOB LODGE HOTEL vs. ERNEST NUNOO, LANDS COMMISSION

JUDGMENT The Plaintiff issued a writ of summons against the 1st and 2nd Defendants for the following reliefs: 1. Declaration of title to the land in dispute. 2. Damages for trespass. 3. Recovery of Possession of any part of the land trespassed by the Defendant. 4. An order for cancellation and /or revocation of all documents made for the 1st Defendant in respect of the parcel of land the subject matter of this suit. 5. An order directed at 2nd Defendant to cancel any purported Land Title Certificate issued to 1st Defendant. 6. Perpetual Injunction restraining the Defendant, its agents, privies, workmen, servants and labourers from dealing with the said land or any portion thereof. 7. Costs. In the accompanying Statement of Claim, Plaintiff described itself as a company incorporated under the laws of Ghana and the 1st Defendant as a trespasser who had forcibly entered its land and destroyed properties worth several thousands of cedis.
