JUDGMENT The Plaintiff, Narteh Okunor, caused a writ of summons to be issued out of the Registry of this Court against the 1st Defendant, Nii Annang Ofori, for the following reliefs; 1. Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land in extent of 0.120 hectare (0.297 of an acre) more or less being parcel NO. 91 Block 3 section 165 situate at Haatso in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana as delineated on Registry Map No.06/165/88 in the Land Title Registry 2. Recovery of Possession 3. Damages for trespass 4. Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendant, his agents, servants, assigns, privies, workmen and whatsoever from interfering in anyway whatsoever with Plaintiff’s land. The Plaintiff’s case was that by a lease dated 30th January 1987, he acquired the land in dispute from the Osiahene and Acting Osu Mantse, Nii Ashong Omaboe.
