JUDGMENT The 1st Plaintiff is the son of Sammy Nasri Nicholas Nasser (deceased) and the lawful administrator of the deceased’s estate while the 2nd Plaintiff is a retired scientist. The 1st Defendant is a mechanic who was put on the land in dispute by the 2nd Defendant, while the 2nd Defendant is a cousin of the 2nd Plaintiff and a retired civil servant. The facts of this case are that on 1st April 1978, Emmanuel Winfred Addo Quaynor, Joseph Addo Quaynor and Wilhemina Quaynor, acting by their lawful attorney, Lieutenant General Joseph Arthur Ankrah O.V.M.C, entered into a lease agreement covering the land in dispute with Sammy Nasri Nicholas Nassar (deceased). The said lessors were children of William Addo Quaynor and siblings of Daniel Okwei Quaynor, the 2nd Defendant’s father.
