JUDGMENT The Plaintiff, Raymond Lankai Lawson, who described himself as a co-administrator of the estate of his deceased mother, Mary Ampah, brought the instant action, with the consent and authority of his co-administrator, James Samuel Itu Wood, against the Defendants, Emma Amerley Amartey and Eileen Amerley Youri for the following reliefs; 1. A declaration that House No. D538/4 Adabraka, Accra is owned by the successors or heirs of Madam Mary Ampah and Madam Bia Ampah, as tenants in common. 2. An order that tenants in the said house pay the rent for their occupation and use of the room in the said house to the appointed manager from the two families. The Plaintiff’s case was that his mother Mary Ampah, during her lifetime, jointly with her sister, Bia Ampah, acquired a parcel of land at South Adabraka, Accra from one Titus Glover.
