JUDGMENT The Victims, Donnini Lorenzo, Rossono Lunghi and Poala Badalass; who was aged 49 but now deceased, were Italian tourists, business persons and members of the Herbalist Company back in Italy. They arrived in the country on 16th April, 2012 to train and explore distributors for their products. They were initially residing at Ashiaman near Bamboo Sticks Restaurant until Sunday 17th June, 2012 when they moved into their residence at Teshie Malik. On 18th June, 2012, at about 12:00 mid-night, the Victims and a Ghanaian lady friend, Angela Addico arrived at the entrance of their house from Osu. Their VW Passat Saloon car with registration number GT-6997-10; was driven by Donnini Lorenzo. Whilst at the entrance, the Accused persons who had trailed the Victims from a coffee and ice cream shop at Osu, and by taxi cab, suddenly attacked the Victims at gun point.
