RULING The Plaintiff on 11th December 2015 sued out a writ of summons and statement of claim against the Defendants for the following reliefs: 1. A declaration of title to the said land. 2. An order of perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants, their servants, agents, privies or assigns from trespassing onto, or in any way interfering with the Plaintiff’s land. 3. General damages for trespass to Plaintiff’s land. 4. Costs including legal fees. The Plaintiff’s case as gathered from the pleadings is that she acquired all that piece of property lying at East Pantang by a lease dated 18th January 1993 executed between herself and one Timothy William Abankwa and which was subsequently ratified by the head of family of Nii Afutu Brempong We, Teshie Krobo. After conducting due diligence and discovering no encumbrance or adverse title, she cleared the land and constructed a single room on the land which she gave out to a caretaker.
