JUDGMENT On the 28th day of April 2014, the plaintiffs instituted the present action against the defendants claiming the following reliefs: A. Declaration that the 1st defendant has no legal right to demolish plaintiff’s residential premises and deal with same as her personal property. B. The activities of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th defendants in H/No. D815/4 Okaishie – Accra is wrongfully and amounts to trespass. C. Order of accounts by the 1st defendant for the dealing with the estate of Tea Kai (deceased). D. Declaration that plaintiffs have an interest in H/No. D815/4 Okaishie –Accra. E. Perpetual injunction restraining the defendants, their agents, and assigns from dealing with H/No. D 815/4 Okaishie –Accra in a manner inconsistent with plaintiff’s interest.
