On the 8th of August, 2011, the Plaintiff issued a Writ of Summons against the defendants, jointly and severally, asking for the following reliefs: 1. The sum of GH¢3,999,038.67 2. Interest on the said sum at contractual rate of 22% from January ending 2011 to the date of final liquidation of the judgment sum. 3. Costs 4. Any other relief as this Honourable Court may deem fit.
