This is an application for variation of the Order of the Court dated 27th July, 2018. I have read the application and the Affidavits in Support and in opposition. I have listened to both Counsel in respect of the application. I am of the view that there is the need for the Orders made by the Court on the 27th of July, 2018 to be reviewed and same is reviewed as follows: The second order contained in the 27th of July, 2018 order should read 2. Monies received by 1st Defendant on behalf of the Plaintiff regarding sales of Apartments and any commission that the Plaintiff may be entitled to by reason of any sale of the Apartments. The third order is hereby set aside as having be rescinded.
