The Plaintiff, per its amended writ of summons filed on the 6th February, 2015, asked for the following reliefs:- 1. Interest at 1.41% per month on the sum of USD 646,618.33 being the value of invoices numbers 22-37 from 29th March, 2012 to 7th July, 2014. 2. Recovery of USD 80,058.33 being the outstanding balance on the sum of USD 646,618.33 due for invoice numbers 22-37. 3. Interest at 1.41% per month on the sum of USD 80,058.33 from 8th July, 2014 to date of final payments. 4. Recovery of the sum of USD 91,344.00 (or its equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate of the Ghana Cedi to the USD on the day of payment). 5. Interest on the sum of USD 91,344.00 per month from the 21st January, 2014 to the date of final payment. 6. Legal fees and costs at 18% of the sum of all payments made by the Defendant pursuant to the institution of the instant action.
