By an amended writ of summons the plaintiff claims jointly and severally against the defendants: (i) A declaration that the purported termination of the Contract dated 10th April, 2015, by 1st defendant is contrary to and a violation of articles 2, 3 and 8 of the said contract and as such wrongful, unlawful null and void. (ii) A declaration that the contract dated the 10th day of April 2015 and executed between Plaintiff and 1st defendant with obligations on both parties and 2nd defendant herein to perform, is valid, binding and subsisting. (iii) An order setting aside the purported termination of the contract of 10th April, 2015.
