This is an appeal from the decision of the Zebilla District Court presided by His Worship Francis Asakeya dated 30th August, 2017. The plaintiffs/respondents, to be referred to hereafter as the respondents, took out a civil summons from the lower court against the defendant/appellant, to be referred to as the appellant, claiming the following reliefs: 1. An order compelling the defendant to retract the libellous and slanderous comments and action made by the defendant against the plaintiffs which has (sic) tarnished the hard worn 2.
