SIMON ABOYER vs. ABERINGA & 2 OTHERS

On 15th September, 2017, the plaintiff /applicant, to be referred to as the plaintiff, caused to be issued from the Registry of this Court, a writ of summons directed at the defendant/respondents, to be called defendants hereafter, claiming the following reliefs:- (a) Declaration of title to a parcel of land known as Ayimbilla Daboo at Winkogo measuring a total of 360 acres. (b) Damages for trespass (c) Recovery of possession of a portion of the disputed land conveyed or granted to the 2nd and 3rd defendants.
