On 15th September, 2017, the plaintiff /applicant, to be referred to as the plaintiff, caused to be issued from the Registry of this Court, a writ of summons directed at the defendant/respondents, to be called defendants hereafter, claiming the following reliefs:- (a) Declaration of title to a parcel of land known as Ayimbilla Daboo at Winkogo measuring a total of 360 acres.
