TINDANA OF DAPORTINDONGO vs. EMMANUEL ADADEM AND ALHAJI YAHAYA & 42 OTHERS
The plaintiff herein described himself as the Tindana of a section of Bolgatanga called Daporetindongo, and asserted that in that capacity he is the allodial owner of lands in the area. On 27th January, 2012, he caused to be issued a writ of summons from the Registry of this court claiming against the forty-four defendants the following reliefs: (a) Declaration of title to a parcel of land measuring 8.03 acres situate near the Bolgatanga Lorry Park bounded to the North by an untarred road, bounded to the East by another untarred road and the New Market, bounded to the West by the New Lorry Park and bounded to the South by the Bawku Road. (b) Declaration that the defendants are trespassers on his land described in the first relief. (c) An order for the defendants to give vacant possession of the said land to him and his family.
