The court notes that on January 18th 2017, the court appointed an auditor to reconcile accounts as between the parties to produce a Report that informs the court as to the appropriate figures arising therefrom. And this ruling is in response to the application by the Defendants to amend their statement of defence. The court has considered the Report furnished the court by the court appointed auditor, Exhibit “CE1”. The court has also considered that evidence in the light of the cross-examination carried out by both Counsel for the parties herein.
