Earlier, on April 17, 2018, I went ahead and granted the request of the Plaintiff/Applicant (hereinafter, the “Applicant”) seeking leave of the Court, by way of a motion on notice, to amend the reliefs endorsed on her Writ of Summons pursuant to the High Court (Civil Procedure) Rules, 2004 (C.I 47), Order 16 (5) thereof and reserved by reasons to be delivered later, which I now proceed to do by this Ruling. The backdrop to this application is that on December 17, 2014, the Applicant caused a Writ of Summons to be issued against the Defendants/Respondents (hereinafter, the “Respondents”) claiming the following reliefs: “i.
