The court earlier stood the case down in order to issue a bench ruling subsequent to today’s proceedings, which I proceed to now deliver. Before me today is a Motion on Notice filed by the Claimant in this suit, who is also the Co-Defendant/Judgment/Debtor in this suit, to relist a Motion for Relistment of a Motion to set aside a purported auction sale filed with the registry of this court as far back as 4th April, 2016. I note that at the last sitting when this matter came up for hearing, that is on 8th August, 2018, Counsel who was holding brief for the Counsel for the Claimant, Evelyn Ofosu-Frimpong indicated to the court that, Mr. Ahenkora Asante, Counsel for the Claimant was indisposed and so could not attend court that day.
