On November 29, 2018, I heard from Counsel for Plaintiff/Respondent and Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata, Esq. regarding the objection raised by Counsel for the Plaintiff/Respondent to the manner in which Mr. Tsikata, Esq. has been presenting himself to the court in this case as Counsel leading Harold Atugubah, Esq. for the 1st Defendant/1st Applicant and the 4th Defendant/2nd Applicant. I now proceed to deliver the Ruling of this court. It is the contention of Counsel for the Plaintiff/Respondent that a party to a suit in Ghana cannot have more than one lawyer and as such it is most irregular that Mr. Tsikata, Esq., insists, time and again, that he is lawyer appearing for the 1st and 4th Defendants/Applicants when the records show that the lawyer for the 1st and 4th Defendants/Applicants is Professor Raymond Atugubah, Esq.
