During testimony in a land dispute before the Magistrate Court, the plaintiff sought to tender a secret audio recording of a telephone conversation with John Felix Yeboah, Superintendent Minister representing the third defendant (Assembly of God Church). The recording was objected to on grounds it was made without consent, violating the right to privacy under Article 182 of the 1992 Constitution.
read morePWAMANG, JSC:- This case is a reference to the court of a question relating to interpretation and enforcement of Article 18(2) of the 1992 Constitution by the Magistrate of the District Court "A" Sunyani pursuant to Article 130(2) of the Constitution.
