ACKAH-YENSU, JA In this appeal against the judgment of the High Court (Commercial Division) Accra delivered on the 15th day of March, 2018, the Plaintiff/Appellant (hereafter referred to as the “Plaintiff”) prays for the following: “a) An order setting aside the Judgment of the High Court Commercial Division, Accra dated 15th March 2018. b) An order for the recovery of the sum of 74,793 being the value of BMW 7 series vehicle damaged in the custody of the Defendant. c) Interest on the said amount from 6th November 2014 to date of final payment. d) General damages for negligence. e) Damages for loss of use of the vehicle from 6th November 2014, until date of judgment. f) Costs”.
