The parties married under customary law on 22nd April, 2000, at Tachimantia in the Brong-Ahafo Region. The petitioner (Naomi Osei) filed a petition at the trial court for the following reliefs: a. Maintenance pending trial for both Petitioner and the child of the marriage; b. Share of two properties namely H/No. Plot 59, BLK ‘B’ Bremang Newsite and property at Afrancho Kronum acquired during the marriage; c. Alimony; d. That the Respondent should bear the cost in this matter. The Respondent also cross petitioned for the following that: a.
