In this appeal, the Plaintiff/Respondent/Respondent is hereinafter referred to as the Respondent while the Defendant/Applicant/ Appellant is hereinafter referred to as the Appellant. The facts as stated by the Appellant herein are that on or about the 18th day of January, 2017, the Appellant received information from its Regional office in Sunyani about the suspected deposit-taking activities of the Respondent without the requisite license for the Appellant.
