POKU- ACHEAMPONG, JA: This is an interlocutory appeal from the High Court Land Division. The Applicant /Appellant aggrieved by the ruling has filed this appeal. The Applicant/Appellant’s Notice of Appeal filed on 24/5/18 against the ruling of 11/5/18 has the following grounds: 1. That the Ruling of the Trial Judge is against the weight of evidence. 2. The Trial Judge erred in law when he found that the name of the Stranger/Applicant should not have appeared on the face of the motion paper. 3. The Trial Judge misdirected himself when he applied the nemo dat quod non habet rule. 4. The Trial Judge erred in fact when he held that “the 31.20 acre land granted to Plaintiffs does not form part of the 219.89 – acre land of Defendant’s grantor”. 5. The Trial Judge erred in fact when he concluded that the Stranger/Applicant is not injuriously or adversely affected by his decision. 6.
