DZAMEFE, JA The plaintiff/respondent, hereinafter referred to simply as the plaintiff issued this claim against the defendant/appellant referred to as the defendant as follows; - a. Declaration of title to the farm land lying and situate at a place commonly known and called “Kososan” on Manso Adubia stool and bounded by the farms of Nana Yaw Frimpong, Opanin Kwaku Sebe, PF Aidoo and Nana Yaw Gyempe. b. An order for recovery of possession c. An order of injunction restraining the defendant, his workers, assigns, agents, relations and servants from in any manner interfere with the plaintiff’s ownership and possession of the subject land. The plaintiff and the defendant are all farmers living at Manso-Kumpese. The plaintiff in his statement of claim avers that his grand uncle called Kofi Fofie, a native of Manso-Kumpese acquired a piece of land at a place commonly known and called “Kososan” situate at Manso-Adubia Stool land.
