TANKO AMADU J.A (1) This interlocutory appeal arose from the ruling of the High Court (Land Division) Accra, dated 13th March, 2018. In the High Court, the Plaintiff/Respondent (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Respondent’) took out a writ against the 1st Defendant/Appellant, who was subsequently joined by the 2nd Defendants/Appellants (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Appellants’) for the following reliefs:- “(a) An injunction restraining the Defendant either by himself, his agent, assigns or anyway howsoever from entering, developing or doing anything on the Plaintiff’s land.
