Adjei, J.A: The three Plaintiffs in the court below took an action against their employer, the Defendant but the 2nd Plaintiff abandoned his claim in the course of the trial and therefore had his claim dismissed . The Plaintiffs in the High Court were claiming for six reliefs and all of them bordering on employer - employee relationship. The reliefs sought by the Plaintiffs in the High Court against the Defendant are as follows: “i. A declaration that having been in the continuous employment of the Defendant for several years and after having been variously promoted on merit to higher grades and warded Long service Awards, the Plaintiffs’ employment with the Defendant ought to have been deemed to have become statutorily converted into permanent contracts of employment pursuant to Section 75(i) of the Labour Act, 2003, Act 651. ii.
