SOWAH, J.A.: In this appeal, the plaintiff/appellant will be referred to as ‘plaintiff’ whilst the defendant/respondent will be called the ‘defendant’. Background Facts The plaintiffs' Writ of Summons filed on 29th June 2015 sought injunctive reliefs, damages for inducing breaches of contracts, for conspiracy, and for tortious interference with business relations, as well as exemplary damages and costs. Pleadings were completed after an application by the plaintiff for further and better particulars was granted and duly answered by the defendant. Each party filed its proposed issues for trial and the Plaintiff filed his witness statement. Thereafter there were applications by both parties to serve interrogatories which were granted and answered. Notices for inspection and production of documents by both sides were also complied with.
