(1) This is an appeal against the ruling of the High Court, Agona Swedru dated 19th January, 2018 which dismissed the application for interlocutory injunction filed by the 1st to 7th Defendants and instead restrained them Defendants from dealing with the land in dispute. (2) The brief facts of the case are as follows:- On 3rd October, 2013 the original 1st Plaintiff issued a writ against the 1st to 7th Defendants for declaration of title to a piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Gomoa Nkrang near Milani Farms, damages for trespass, recovery of possession and perpetual injunction to restrain the Defendants, their agents privies etc. from interfering with the Plaintiffs property rights.
