A. M. DOMAKYAAREH (MRS), J.A. 1. This is an appeal from the judgment of the High Court, Agona Swedru dated 10th May 2017. In the said judgment, the trial court declared title to the 2nd Defendant acting on behalf of the President of the Republic of Ghana with a commencement date of 1st May 2007. 4. The Respondent averred that upon this disclosure by the Appellant, he wrote a letter to the 2nd Defendant on 19th August 2015 with a copy to the Appellant, challenging the basis of the 2nd Defendant's purported act of the grant and requesting the 2nd Defendant to produce any instrument of State either acquiring Gomoa Afransi lands or that gave legitimacy to the acts of the 2nd Defendant but the 2nd Defendant failed, refused or I neglected to do so 5.
