WELBOURNE (MRS.) J.A. This is an appeal against the ruling of the High Court, Sunyani dated 27th January, 2017. The Grounds of Appeal as stated on pages 71 and 72 of the Record of Appeal are as follows: a. The trial judge erred in law in refusing the application for amendment of the Plaintiff/Applicant/Appellant on the ground that it would amount to pleading evidence and not material facts. b. The trial judge also erred in refusing the application for amendment of the Plaintiff/Applicant/Appellant on the ground that the amendment being sought is not material to the formulation of a cause of action or a defence. c. The trial judge also erred in refusing the application for amendment of the Plaintiff/Applicant/Appellant on the ground that it would over reach the 3rd Defendant/Respondent/ Respondent or prejudice his case. d.
