1 Background This is a civil appeal from the decision of the District Court Accra dated 30 April 2013. The facts are that on 8 July 2008, plaintiffs, the respondents herein issued writ at the District Court, Osu, Accra for declaration of title to land; recovery of possession of the land; damages for breach of contract; and perpetual injunction. The subject matter land lies at Kwashieman, Accra. The suit was tried based on pleadings that the trial court ordered.
